Absolutely. Prymo builds plans from couch-to-5K all the way to a full marathon. Tell it your current fitness and it starts you at the right place, then progresses you safely.

Do I need a smartwatch?+

No. Prymo tracks your runs with your phone's GPS. If you do have an Apple Watch or connect Apple Health, you'll also get live heart-rate zones and richer readiness scoring.

What is the Readiness score?+

It's a 0–100 number that blends your training load, recovery and consistency into a single signal β€” telling you when to push hard and when to rest so you avoid injury and peak on race day.

Can I import my existing runs?+

Yes. Prymo syncs with Apple Health and can import history from Strava, so your stats and progress charts pick up right where you left off.
